For this project, we were tasked with designing a restaurant menu with creative freedom in style. I chose a retro 1970s theme to evoke nostalgia. The design features a black-and-white palette, inspired by the cost-saving newspapers of the era, with red accents for contrast and affordability. Retro outlines, vintage photos, and playful humor enhance the nostalgic feel. Matte printing on sturdy paper and a clipboard presentation were suggested to complete the authentic retro vibe.
